Banana Apricot Nut Bread
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, apricots and nuts. Combine bananas, egg, milk and oleo; stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Pour batter into well greased 5 x 9 x 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
