Banana Nut Bread 129
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 med. ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. soda
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, nut, and mashed bananas. Beat well. Sift 2 cups flour and soda. Add to top mixture; mix well. Pour into well-greased loaf pans. I use E-Z foil, 8 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
