Banana Nut Bread 16
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Add bananas and dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Fold in nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
