Bicyclist's Banana Bread


1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 tbsp. sour milk (add 3 drops
vinegar to milk)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped


Mix together all ingredients. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
