Blueberry - Banana Bread


1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. blueberries


Combine sugar and butter, beating in egg. Add bananas, beating well. Stir in juice. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sift together. Add to banana mixture. Add walnuts and blueberries. Pour into greased bread pan. Let stand for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf. Moist and delicious!
