Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread


1 c. mashed bananas
1/3 c. melted butter or oil
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts


Blend bananas, butter, honey, eggs and water in blender. Add to dry ingredients and bake in greased loaf pan for 55 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool on wire rack.
