Breakfast Banana Bread 2


3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. non fat dry milk
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grape nuts cereal
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas (2-3)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. water


Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, dry milk and salt. Stir in cereal and raisins. In another bowl, beat eggs and combine them with bananas, butter and water. Add to dry ingredients. Bake 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes in greased loaf pan. 20 minutes for muffins.
