Peggy's Banana Bread
3 bananas (ripe or over ripe) (4 bananas if small)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Mash bananas with fork. Stir in all other ingredients. Pour in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Bread should be sliced thin - then can be toasted in toaster!
