Sarah's Banana Bread
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3
lg.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of a loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inch. Beat all ingredients vigorously with a spoon for 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
