Banana Health Bread


1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2-3 med.)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. rolled or quick oats
1/4 c. wheat germ, optional
1/4 tsp. salt


Cream oil and honey. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients. Add to honey mixture alternately with bananas. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until loaf tests done in center. 1 loaf.
