Weight Watchers Cranberry Banana Bread Mix


1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. fresh cranberries


1 1/2 very ripe mashed bananas
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil


Bake at 35 minutes in spray coated 8" square pan. Cut in 16 servings. Each serving provides 1/2 brd ex., 1 fat ex., 50 cal. opt. ex., 126 cal., 2 g. pro., 5 g. fat, 19 g. car., 64 mg. sod.
