Banana Bread
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in mixing bowl. In a separate bowl blend together bananas, butter, egg and sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans and pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 275 degrees until center springs back to the touch. Remove from oven and cool. Slice and serve. Serves: 6- 8. (Prep and Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes)
